Ditty News Ticker – Metaphor Creations
News Ticker on homepage
1 Log in.
2 News Ticker on left hand admin menu.
3 Click on this to show, previously set up, “Homepage Ticker“. This is the ticker that contains all of the messages. If there isn’t one then it need to be created and the shortcode place on the page/template where it will reside.
4 Click on it to display.
Screen will refresh.
5 In the green outlined box are the messages.
6 Clear the first one if you don’t want any messages to display.
Otherwise use the plus and cross to add/delete messages.
You can drag and drop the order of these and also add the link if you wish.
7 Click update and see if they are there.
